External revamping of deteriorated metal bellows
With well over 20 years of experience in the field
of thermal insulation, Heat Service promotes
the revamping of deteriorated metal bellows. The
new system makes it possible to extend its life
without having to replace the metal joint or make use of a textile one.
The revamping consists of a multilayer
of fabrics that allows total
flexibility. The system includes fixing
through high resistance metal bands, up until a temperature of 650 °C inside the pipeline working in
continuous. It can also be installed at uncomfortable heaghts thanks to our equipment and with no need of heavy duty procedures.
Internal revamping of deteriorated metal bellows
With over 20 years of experience in the sector
of thermal insulation, Heat Service promotes
the revamping of the deteriorated insulation of
metal bellows. The objective of the system is to
isolate the gap between the pipe and the part from inside the boiler
flexible with the aim of lowering temperatures
of the metal bellows.
Revamping consists of insertion
of felts and fabrics that allow the
total flexibility. The system resists up to
working temperature of 700°C
continuous. It does not include the aid of
hot operations and is
completely ecological
