Thermography
IR thermography is a non-destructive investigation technique (NDT) which is based on the acquisition of infrared images through a thermal imager, to carry out diagnoses aimed at checking the state of the systems.
The objective of a thermographic analysis is to identify thermal irregularities in thermomechanical equipment subjected to normal workload.
The thermal imager reads the frequencies radiated by the parts examined. Following a precise data acquisition and verification methodology, a thermogram is developed.
The analysis of the thermogram carried out subsequently by Heat Service allows us to precisely highlight the area called "Hot Spot" where heat dispersion is present and where therefore problems could arise in the system.
